The startup operates at the intersection of competitive sports, media,  merchandise, and AI safety tools. Its flagship is the Black Yoga Pants  Football League, a real, playable American football format that flips  the traditional 11-man model into 10 women + 1 man with clearly defined  positions and contact rules (featured center-vs-nose battle,  woman-on-woman football elsewhere, no cross-sex tackling). This is  backed by official rules, coaching/practice resources, a registration  map, and a content hashtag system. Swerve Em extends the brand into  apparel for the lifestyle and uniform, AI-generated film and music  (explicitly used for league trailers), and the Blue Tent sideline triage  agent that helps with injury decision-making on grass fields and in  outdoor activity. The overall model is  sports-entertainment-product-first, with grassroots participation,  filmed content, and integrated AI/media/merch support.

The core users are athletic women and men, all ages (contact allowed).

More specifically:

• Players and local teams (“cells”):  Groups that form as 10 women + 1 man per fielded side. They get  football gear and black yoga pants locally, follow the official rules  and practice guides, film sessions, post compliant content with #bypfl  (which can get boosted), and optionally register their team to appear on  the map. Both women (most positions, including default QB) and men  (center or nose tackle only) participate under the sex-specific contact  rules.
   
• Coaches, practice coordinators, and organizers:  People running the 75-minute practice templates, teaching the rules  (featured male matchup, woman-on-woman play, flag/tag finishes,  walling), and managing Mode F (default flag/tag) or limited Mode H  sessions.
   
• Fans and content consumers:  People watching, sharing, or following #bypfl TikTok/Instagram/YouTube  content and the AI-generated trailers, film, and music produced under  Swerve Em.
   
• Sideline / injury users:  Participants or organizers who use the Blue Tent sideline triage agent  for outdoor activity and grass-sports injury decision support.
   
• Apparel / lifestyle buyers:  People purchasing or intending to purchase Swerve Em gear aligned with  the healthy-lifestyle and black-yoga-pants uniform look (apparel listed  as coming soon to select locations).
   

BYPFL is a ready-to-run co-ed football format. Local groups start,  play, film, and share under published rules; Swerve Em supplies the  supporting apparel, AI trailers and music, and the Blue Tent sideline  agent.

1. Form your group
   Field 10 women + 1 man per side. The man plays only center (offense) or  nose tackle (defense). All other positions, including the default  quarterback, are for women.
    
2. Get gear locally
   Obtain standard football equipment plus the published uniform look:  black yoga pants and crop-top jerseys for women; black leggings and  fuller-coverage jerseys for men. Soft cleats or turf shoes as the venue  requires. Flag/tag gear for default Mode F.
    
3. Follow the rules and session format
   Use the official BYPFL playing rules and practice guides. Default is  flag/tag mode. Featured action is the male center vs. male nose; the  rest of the field is woman-on-woman. Males finish on women with flag or  tag only; women may wall or control the male rusher. No cross-sex  tackling. Announce mode and any timing before kickoff. Practice follows  the provided 75-minute templates (agility first, format-legal contact  only).
    
4. Film it
   Record your sessions and drills. Focus on the product: the featured  matchup, clean flag/tag finishes, and the wall/protection story.
    
5. Post with #bypfl
   Share on TikTok (and other platforms). Content that follows the rules  gets boosted. Non-compliant film (for example cross-sex tackling) is not  BYPFL.
    
6. Register your team
   Sign up if you want to appear on the map and be listed as an official cell.
    
7. Use Blue Tent if needed
   For an injury during outdoor or grass-sports activity, open the Blue Tent sideline triage agent for decision support.

• AI film and music generate trailers and related content that showcase the league.
• Blue Tent is the on-demand agent for sideline injury triage.

That’s the loop: form the group, play by the book, film and hashtag,  register if desired, and use the triage agent when an injury occurs. The  same activity produces shareable content, branded gear, and on-field  support without the teams having to build those layers themselves.
